How it works

We provide each approved partner with a unique referral link. The link stores a referral cookie for 30 days. If a customer buys during that window, the sale is attributed to the most recent valid referral link used before checkout.

Commission and payouts

The standard commission rate is 30% of the amount the customer actually pays after any discount, before payment-processing fees. Any different rate must be agreed with us in writing. Commission remains pending for a 30-day refund hold. Approved balances of at least $10 are paid monthly through Wise or PayPal.

Refunded, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, cancelled, or self-referred purchases do not qualify. If one of those events occurs before payout, the commission is voided.

Fair promotion

Be accurate about ShoutFlow and make your affiliate relationship clear. Do not use spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, impersonation, or paid search advertising on the ShoutFlow or Recurse LTD brand names. You may not refer yourself or arrange purchases whose primary purpose is generating commission.

Changes and termination

Either side may end the relationship at any time. We may pause attribution while we review suspected abuse. Valid commission already earned remains payable unless the underlying sale is refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible under these terms.
